The mission of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. Alpha Psi Zeta chapter Women of Blue and White Foundation is to encourage and promote education by providing scholarships and educational research in training and counseling to assist youth, undergraduates and graduates in developing the skills needed to attain their goals in higher education.
